A young couple approached us with their forever home, eager to breathe new life into their 1950s West Vancouver house. Despite its age, the property had undeniable potential, sitting on over 12,000 square feet of land, it was a true hidden gem. Nestled just steps away from the beach, the home was filled with charm but needed significant updates to match their modern lifestyle and growing family.
